Expert Opportunity - Senior Recreation Program Manager
About this opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced recreation professionals who can help train their latest language model on recreation program planning and management tasks.
We're looking for senior recreation managers with 5+ years designing and running programs at parks, community centers, or recreational facilities to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core recreation workflows: program design, activity scheduling, participant assessment, safety planning, budget management, and program evaluation reports.
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April

- Recreation Manager or Program Director with 5+ years at a reputable parks, community, or recreation organization
- Strong expertise in program design, safety planning, and participant engagement
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
