We are building a talent pool ofacademic researchers— Master's students, PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers — to work on upcoming projects with frontier AI labs.

Depending on the project, you may:

• Share how research is done in your field through expert interviews
• Create and review challenging, research-grade tasks for AI systems
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and depth in your area of expertise

Joining this talent pool means you'll be among the first invited when a project matching your profile opens. Work is remote and flexible.

02 — ELIGIBILITY

Who can apply

• Currently enrolled in aMaster's, PhD or postdoctoralprogram at a recognized university
• Actively conducting researchin your field
• Any field of knowledge is welcome (STEM, health, social sciences, humanities, and more)
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work is a plus
• Professional working proficiency in English
