About the Role

Mercor partners with leading AI companies to better understand how real-world work is created, iterated on, and improved over time.

We’re looking for founders, operators, marketers, and agency professionals who regularly build materials such as presentations, emails, social content, and spreadsheets to participate in a short-term collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Share examples of materials you’ve created (e.g., presentations, emails, social content, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Provide context on how these materials were developed and iterated on
• Help us understand how work changes from early drafts to final versions
• Organize and submit materials in a structured format
• Optionally participate in a short discussion about your workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating professional materials (e.g., sales decks, marketing content, internal docs, etc.)
• Background in marketing, growth, sales, operations, founding a business, or agency/freelance work
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Original creator of materials, or have clear authorization to share them

Additional Details

• This is a flexible, short-term collaboration
• You’ll receive clear instructions on how to prepare and submit materials
• All materials can be anonymized before submission

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
• Please note: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
