Executive Communicator

What you’ll do: review paired AI-generated executive communications (CEO memos, all-hands updates, speeches); judge tone for a workplace audience and whether it leads with what a busy reader needs; select a preferred sample, write a one-line reason, apply tags; clear the calibration gate before live data.

Background: wrote CEO memos, all-hands updates, or speeches at a Fortune 500 company; judges tone well for an executive audience; knows what a busy reader needs in the first two lines.

Schedule: 5 hours/day, 5 business days for the pilot, ramping into an ongoing month-to-month engagement.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
