We are conducting a paid research study to gather insights from senior customer experience and contact center leaders who have evaluated, purchased, or used AI contact center solutions from vendors such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, or others. This is an interview-based engagement purely for research and informational purposes.
How It Works
- Complete a brief screening questionnaire (~10 minutes) to help us verify your experience with AI contact center solutions
- If you meet our screening criteria, you will be invited to participate in a paid ~60 minute research interview
- Payment is processed through Mercor upon completion of the interview
What the Interview Covers
- A market research interview about your evaluation and decision-making process around AI contact center solutions
- Topics include: vendor evaluation, alternatives considered, product feedback
Compensation
- $100 per hour, paid for all time spent on the interview
- Payment processed through Mercor upon completion
Who We're Looking For
- Senior leaders who have directly evaluated, used, or purchased AI contact center solutions such as agentic virtual agents, conversational AI, or intelligent routing from any major vendor
- Roles such as: VP / Director / Head of Customer Experience, Customer Service, Contact Center, or CIO/CDO with CX scope
- Open to practitioners who directly use contact center solutions in their everyday roles

Contract and Payment Terms
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
