UK Based Software Engineers

Mercor is recruiting U.K.-based Software Engineers for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

You are a good fit if you:

• Have at least 5 years of full-time software engineering experience
• Have work experience at a big tech company (e.g., Slack, Notion, Stripe, Figma, etc.)
• Are currently based in the U.K.

Here are more details about the role:

• You will be contributing to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems alongside a team of senior engineers
• The work is fully remote and project-based
• You are available to work 40 hours/week
• Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor

The vetting process involves:

• Resume + work history screen
• Short technical assessment evaluating engineering expertise

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
