Commercial Real Estate Manager

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
2. Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
3. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management best practices and industry standards.
4. Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
5. Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across US, Canada, UK, and Europe where applicable.
6. Participate in iterative feedback cycles, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
7. Communicate insights effectively with project managers and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5-10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
5. Familiarity with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
6. Experience working with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in a remote setting.
7. Availability for a minimum of 10+ hours per week to contribute high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Location preference for candidates based in US, Canada, UK; exceptional professionals from Europe or LATAM will also be considered.
2. Prior experience participating in AI, data training, or technology-driven real estate projects is advantageous.
