Marketing Expert

micro1 is engaging Marketing Experts to contribute to a high-impact customer project focused on evaluating and advancing the capabilities of frontier AI models in producing professional business documents. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Design project tasks that simulate real-world marketing workflows, such as campaign planning, brand reviews, and launch material development for enterprise settings.
2. Craft gold-standard marketing deliverables, including campaign briefs, brand decks, launch narratives, and executive marketing readouts, reflecting the quality of a senior marketing professional.
3. Evaluate AI-generated content for alignment with established brand voice, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence.
4. Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish high-impact, boardroom-ready materials from generic outputs.
5. Identify and document specific failure modes related to marketing communication (e.g., weak positioning, tonal drift, lack of differentiation).
6. Collaborate with project leaders to refine task guidelines and improve assessment criteria.
7. Generate actionable data and feedback to help improve model performance on marketing use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in marketing for Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands.
2. Proven track record of ownership over campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials.
3. Expert-level mastery of strategic marketing frameworks (e.g., brand positioning, segmentation, go-to-market narrative).
4. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated control of brand voice and executive-level presentation standards.
5. Experience developing or evaluating marketing deliverables intended for C-suite or senior leadership audiences.
6. Master’s degree preferred, with MBA considered a significant asset.
7. Detail-oriented, with an analytical mindset and commitment to upholding rubric fidelity and deliverable excellence
